Last updated: 2026-05-22

CashBrief.ai is self-serve AI-assisted cash report software. It helps small business owners connect business bank/card accounts, review suggested transaction categories, answer unclear items, generate weekly cash reports, and create CPA export files.

This draft is operational website copy for early pilots. It should be reviewed before broad public launch.

    How We Use Information

    CashBrief.ai uses information to:

  • Suggest transaction categories using AI-assisted rules and automated rules.
  • Show unclear items for customer review.
  • Generate weekly cash reports.
  • Generate CPA export files.
  • Manage onboarding, billing status, product support, and product quality.
  • What CashBrief.ai Does Not Do

CashBrief.ai is software. CashBrief.ai does not provide bookkeeping, tax, legal, payroll, audit, CPA, or investment services. CashBrief.ai does not move money, pay bills, file taxes, prepare tax returns, make accounting elections, or decide final tax/accounting treatment.

    Sharing

CashBrief.ai does not sell customer data. Data may be shared only with:

    Data Retention

CashBrief.ai retains customer transaction/report data while the account is active and for a reasonable operational period after cancellation, unless the customer requests deletion and retention is not legally required.

    Customer Choices

Customers may request bank disconnection, export of their data, or deletion of their data. Customers can also revoke bank access through their bank or Plaid where supported.
